Plainly: we collect only what we need, we don't track you, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

What we collect, and why
When you request the Training Manual, we collect your email address, name, country and (optionally) your role. We use them for two things only: to email you the download link, and to understand who is using our resources so we can support them better.
When you apply for membership or contact us, we use the details you send to respond and, for members, to run your account.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because we don't set tracking cookies.
How long
How long we keep it
Document-request details are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Membership details are kept for as long as you're a member.
Your choices
Seeing or deleting your data
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details we hold about you at any time — just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
The download links we email are personal to you but may be forwarded; each is valid for 30 days.
