Youth

Youth leadership for the New Earth Rising.

Young people are not simply inheriting the future. They are pioneering it. For 35 years we have prepared young leaders for a new era — one that calls for unitive thinking, collaborative action, and a deeper understanding of our shared humanity.

The other is also us. One Earth. One breath. One destiny.

I Who am I?
We Who are we together?
One One human family

The Training

Five modules. One journey.

The same three movements that shape everything we do — reflect, connect, act — unfold here as a leadership journey from I, to We, to One.

Reflect

Knowing yourself — Who am I?

Participants explore their strengths and values, discover their unique gifts, and clarify the purpose they want to bring into the world.

Connect

Connecting with others

Dialogue, active listening, empathy, conflict transformation. Trust is built across cultures and differences — and it holds.

Connect

Understanding our world

Learning to think beyond separation. Seeing challenges from many perspectives, and solutions that benefit the whole.

Act

Creating change

Leadership practiced, not preached: teamwork, facilitation, creative problem-solving, project design, shared decisions.

Act

Serving the whole

Every participant designs or joins a project that answers a real need in their community. Small. Local. Real.

The thread

Unitive Thinking

The capacity to see connections rather than divisions, possibilities rather than limitations — the well-being of the whole alongside the flourishing of each person.

How We Learn

What Participants Gain

You leave with more than skills.

  • A deeper understanding of yourself — and your life's purpose.
  • Practical leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Real experience designing and running a community action project.
  • Friendships across cultures and a global network of peers.
  • The confidence to lead with wisdom, compassion, and courage.
  • A commitment to a world that works for everyone.

At Children of the Earth, leadership is not something you learn. It is something you live.
